Eligibilty – All Student Studying in Class 1st to 12th in CBSE /ICSE / State Board or Any other recognized board all over India can participate.
Exam Paper Details – There will be 40 MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) in 60 Minutes. Exam paper based on Class Level/ Board Pattern from GK, GS, Computer, IQ & Reasoning .
1st Round School Level Exam Date – 10 May, 12 July, 08 August, 22 August, 2nd Round National Level Exam Date – 02 November

Maxtop Scholarship Exam (Syllabus Based Test) 2025-26

There are two Level of Exam - First Level Exams & Second Level Exam
First Level Examination
Level 1st Examination Eligibility: All students studying in class 1st to 12th in CBSE/ICSE/State Board or any other Board all over India can participate.
Exam Details: There will be 40 MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) in 60 Minutes. (Question paper will be based on Class Level/Board Pattern)
Mode of Question Paper: English/Hindi Language
Participation fee: There are four types of Exams for class 1st to 12th and the participation fee for each Exam is Rs. 200 only. (If you have deposited money for participation then it will not be refunded in any way).
For Participation: To participate in the first round, contact your School Principal/Coordinator or Class teacher.
Examination Venue: The first level Examination will be conducted in your School premises only. (T&C apply)
Declaration of Results and Awards: Announcement is made in the Month of June, October, January and March for all subjects.
Second Level Examination
Examination Eligibility: Only students who score more than 50% marks in the first level can appear in the second level Examination.
2nd Level Registration Process: You can participate in the second level Examination through the website or through the in-charge of your school.
Second Level Participation fee: Rs. 300 only.
Mode of Question Paper: English/Hindi Language
Examination Venue: The second round offline Exam center may be in your City/State or online on Maxtop Apps.
Note: After completition of the Examination, student scoring more than 90% marks or for any doubt on the marks, the student may have to reappear for the Examination or an interview.
Result Declaration: Result will be declared after 30-45 days from the date of second round Examination.
Guidelines for the Maxtop Scholarship Offline Examination
Read the instructions before attempting the question
- The Exam paper will be based on class level and board pattern for any subject.
- Students will have to answer 40 MCQ questions in 60 minutes in Maxtop Exam of any subjects.
- The OMR sheet and question paper need to be submitted to the invigilator.
- The students cannot use calculator or note book for writing anything.They will do their rough work on the space provided at the back side of question paper.
- Do not open the question paper until the signal is given.
- Each MCQ question has only one correct answer. For classes 1st to 12th, 5 marks will be awarded for each correct answer and zero marks will be awarded for unattempted questions. But Class 6th to 12th, 1 marks minus marking for wrong answer.
- OMR sheets should not be folded or crushed.
- The Students of classes 1st & 2nd can use the pencil to fill the OMR sheet, but classes 3rd onwards will use only blue/black ball pen to fill the OMR sheet.
- Cutting and erasing in the OMR sheet is not allowed. Do not use any stray marks on the sheet.
- Do not use a marker or whitener to hide the mark.
- It is mandatory for all students to bring their school ID card, Maxtop Admit Card & wear school uniform for safety and easy identification.
After completion of the Examination, if any student scores more than 90% marks or there is any doubt on your marks in any way, the student may have to appear for the Examination or interview again.
Guidelines for the Maxtop Scholarship Online Examination
- Please ensure continuous Internet connection. Incase of slow internet connection and other issues organization will not be responsible.
- You can appear for exam from anywhere.
- User ID and password is valid for single examination.
- Examination date & time announcement will be on our website maxtopvision.com
- You cannot copy paste the question.
- After every ten sec your picture will be captured from camera. Incase found cheating then your exam will be cancelled.
- Timer will be displayed on right side and exam will be terminated after 40 min.
- There will be 40 questions in 40 min.
- For class 1st to class 10th, 5 marks will be awarded for each correct answer, 1 marks as minus marking for wrong answer and zero marks will be awarded for un attempted question. (Students will get rank based on marks, time taken & number of wrong answer)
- Each question will be displayed individually. You can view and make changes anytime.
- In case any mistake is made while submitting the sheet. MSE will not be responsible.
- Incase of any dispute consult Varanasi jurisdiction only.
- Students from class 1st to 10th can appear for this examination application fees will remain same.
- If there is any doubt on the marks of any student or in any way after the completion of the Examination, the student may have to appear for the Examination or interview again..
